      Philips is not handling their **** recall as they would communicate to the public as you can see through all the reviews on BBB. I have been waiting for a replacement for my Dreamstation GO since June 2021 and have been told today (8/29/24) that they are not shipping replacements and do not know when they will. When you call a representative they just say they will escalate then you never hear anything back. My other **** I was told was going to take a long time to receive a replacement so I ended up buying a replacement myself. Don't pat yourself on the back Philips you are not doing a good job at the replacement process. The sad thing is I think the machines themselves are good, it's just the company/people running the **** replacement causing the issues.

      I returned my order and followed the instructions per the email I received on how to return an order. ***** loses the return midway in transit and I reported the issue to Philips and been receiving the end around and eventually ghosted. Was told I would be receiving a callback but never got one. Order *************

      My CPAP machine has stopped working and I contacted the company chat with expert and she said that I would have to go to Ask experts and pay $1 for the information that I needed to get a replacement machine. I have been scammed several times and I don't want to use my credit card to pay for the information.

      I'd leave ZERO stars if I could!!! My Cpap quit working on 5/5/2023. I couldn't get ahold of anyone, since everyone associate with this company is off on the weekends. I spent 45 minutes on hold the following Monday just to get hung up on when it became 5pm, their EST to close. It was beyond infuriating! Tuesday I call again, get a ticket number for my issue (not sure if it's the machine or cord) and call later, again to be hung up on/disconnected after another lengthy wait. I get ahold of a male rep who authorized a replacement, telling me I will get a call from someone else. I get a call, can hardly understand the rep, who says it will be replaced & give it time to be sent out. I called her back on Friday, she never returned my call. Today (5/16) I had a medical company verify & it's the cord. I call back, give my ticket number just to find out THEY NEVER PROCESSED TO SEND ME A REPLACEMENT ANYTHING!!! There was a baby crying in the background, I could hardly understand her. I am all about people working but please, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, make sure they speak clearly and YOUR CUSTOMERS can understand them!!! Supposedly this person is sending out the cords I need. I am OVER this company and their lack of customer care/concern. If this machine bites it I will find a better company that can truly take care of me. Almost 2 weeks without decent sleep (and knowing I could die in my sleep without my machine) has made me VERY angry!

      I have spent years waiting for my replacement CPAP, jumping through uncountable technical loops which I was technically unable to navigate, using my original machine, which may (or may not) have been the cause of my breast cancer, sent emails to listed addresses which were "undeliverable," send certified letters to personnel at ********' headquarters, all of which went unanswered, spent untold hours on hold and being transferred to other departments to waste my life on hold some more. All departments seem to be the ********** of *********** and ********, in results if not in name. My replaced "refurbished" machine hums, wheezes and moans. The pitch changes between inhale and exhale. I cannot sleep because of the noise. I was told to take it to a DME provider in my area. Are you kidding me? I have to remediate your already remediated machine myself? I hate you Philips Respironics

      I owned a Philips Bipap in June 2021 when a recall notice was issued due to possible carcinogenic insullation in the unit. I have been using CPAPs for many years as they are necessary for me to maintain a healthy life due to my acute Sleep Apnea. I just received the proscribed replacement Bipap device; a full 1 3/4 years after the recall was issued. Philips recall instructed owners to immediately stop using the recalled device. It is totally unacceptable to live healthyly with a CPAP for this period of time.

      I got a replacement for my Philips Dream Station Cpap machine. Since I got it every time I use it I get an upper respiratory infection. Does this happen to anybody else?

      I got one of the Dream Station 2 replacements and after 7 months the machine developed a popping sound. I called the company and after 5 different people and some 4 hours on hold, I got to **** who agreed the machine needed to be replaced. "you just need to talk to the clinical team". I begged not to be transferred but to no avail. You guessed it, another hour on hold and finally the line was patched thru.... "you have reached Philips after regular business hours ...". I say we nominate them for worst service of all times. the one thing I can't understand is why no class action lawyers have taken up the dream station one to dream station two cause. Oh, I started with the number listed here, that was one hour on hold.
