Leidsc carpentry finished by garage into a apartment. The outside door and the way it was installed was faulty from new. The floor rotted out beachside of this problem. I contacted ******* and he kept pushing me off for 9 months until the door was out of warranty. When he did come to fix the floor he sent me a bill. The contract that was signed gave me a 10 year workmanship warranty. This door still leaks and is rotting the floor again. This needs repaired. ******* still chooses to not answer or respond to requests to come out and look at it.Business response

This is ******* from Leids Carpentry. There is some Truth to this Customers complaint, But quite a few lies as well. We are currently working on Repairing the Door Problem. No Problems here. The Warranty thing is not true. A problem like this Install problem- we Repair- regardless of Warranty. We have 100s of Satisfied Customers & we stand behind our Work. Leids carpentry built my garage into a livable space. The entry door they built and installed leaks water in. They were out a year ago to replace the rotted floor and did the exact same thing that was originally done. The same exact problem is happening again. The door still apparently leaks because the Step at the door moves with slight weight enough to break the caulking seal. We were given a 10 year workmanship warranty. This to me is clearly a workmanship issue. Last time I originally contacted him it took weeks to have him answer me and months to try to repair it. I contacted him and again ******* has not responded. I feel this is my only recourse to fix this problem.Business response

The Problem with the Exterior Door has been Addressed. We Installed a Water Pan below the Threshold of the Door. ThanksCustomer response
