On March 5, 2022, I purchased an LG stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher from **** ***** on ***** ** Madison, TN. On March 4th the error message IFE appeared on the refrigerator we followed the instructions and the code disappeared, but returned. I called LG customer service when the error message occurred on approximately March 15, 2023. I was requesting a service repair. I asked if the warranty was still active because I had purchased the items just over a year ago. The representative told me that she needed the receipt. I got the receipt and called back. I was told that the 2,753.10 refrigerator was only covered under warranty for one year! I purchased 3 LG items for a total of 6,094.75, I know too many this is not an enormous amount to pay for appliances but to me, it is a fortune. I was not made aware that a product that expensive carries the same amount of warranty as a used appliance store. And the really absurd thing is that we had a house fire and although the products were purchased in March we didn't move into our home until June 2022. They have been in use for less than a year. Let individuals know that their appliance warranty is only good for a year.
