Transaction date was 6/26/2024. Business has inflated towing and storage prices illegally above limits set forth by Pennsylvania law. The law also requires tow businesses/llc's to accept credit/debits card, which they do not. All transactions are "cash" which most brings the suspicion of tax evasion/fraud also which is federal law. I was charged for towing and storage extremely above Pennsylvania law.

In Regard to the above mentioned claim, Sulli's Towing received a call from The Rochester Police Department located in Rochester PA. They requested that we tow a Black Chevy Impala that had a Fraudulent Emission and inspection Sticker. They also requested that this vehicle be stored inside our location due to a police hold.

Sulli's Towing did as advised by the Rochester Police Department. A copy of the bill is attached. Sulli's Towing requests payments of this type (impounds, Police Holds etc.) to be paid in cash due to many past incidents of fraudulent payments and insufficient funds by check.

Sulli's Towing appreciates the opportunity to respond to any complaints.

      Thank you,

My vehicle was towed from a parking lot of a business, a local VFW. Before my vehicle was towed by a school - I was in a marked spot for the business and not a school spot - that the business shares the lot with the company made no attempt to ask if any of the vehicle owners were inside the business. I am also an employee of the school, but I am currently off for the summer. When I called to ask about my tow and explain that there were no signs to inform me my vehicle would be towed when I parked, Rob, was very short and unprofessional. He did not care to hear anything I had to say. He informed my my tow would be $350 and ONLY cash would be accepted. This was for towing my vehicle 13 miles and storing it only a few hours. When I arrived my vehicle was parked in an area that was not secured, just left in the parking lot. I did not appear they even had an area to secure vehicles. Once I paid them cash he told me my vehicle was outside and left me get it myself. It was parked extremely close to another vehicle and no assistance was offered once my money was received. My receipt also read that I was towed from the school lot and I was clearly parked in the space marked VFW parking.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the above mentioned complaint. On July 5, 2023 Sulli's were contacted by the Cyber School for a request to tow cars from their lot. It is the School lot but they allow the VFW to use several spots of their lot. The Cyber School contracted to have their lot sealed between the dates of July 5-9. Every telephone was posted as I have enclosed a copy of the posted notice. A representative of the Cyber School met our driver's in the lot and told us what cars to tow that were not authorized to park there.

Sulli's Towing LLC charges $350 per impound and cash is the only form of payment accepted. Sulli's was not in possession of the car keys and unloaded the vehicle off the truck into our parking lot which is monitored by cameras. We did not go to the lot to retrieve her car for her because we were not in possession of the keys. Sulli's Towing does have a secure lot and once again we did not have the keys and the vehicle was picked up before evening. No need to move to our secured lot.

      Thank you.

On 03/10/2022 I was in an accident right by the Nissan dealership by never falls intersection. The police there had my car towed by sullis towing. When I got to the to company they told me it would cost me $1600 to get my car back and it was only there for 2 hours. I asked to get the stuff out of my car and the guy told me it would cost me $100 to get the stuff and had me sign a receipt. So I asked what cost $1600 and he said to clean up all the fluids off the ground but my car didn’t leak any fluids and my resivors were full when I looked at them. Then when I got home I looked at the receipt because I was going to call the police and tell them the business was trying to extort money from me I noticed the receipt said I surrender my car. They tricked me into signing the receipt. Now I don’t have a car. I’m not the only one this has been done to there are reviews on the internet that are complaints for the same thing. They are very manipulative and lie to steel your car or your money. I don’t know what to do.

      Dear *** ******:

Om March 10, 2023 the Chippewa Township police called Sulli's Towing for a Gold Toyota Camry, Ohio plates, that was involved in an accident. Sulli's towed the car to our location and the bill was $1600. This is a standard cost for towing and accepted by every insurance company. The driver came to our location and retrieved his belongings. We do not charge for a driver to get their belongings.

We do not trick anyone into signing a receipt. This is the reason we review the receipt with the driver and have them sign and Sulli's sign also. A copy of the receipt is enclosed. The driver said he would mail or drop off the title and has not done so.

We appreciate all you do and thank you for the opportunity to explain the situation.

      Sincerely,

      Shawn S*******, Owner
