  Did the job in September 2021. He was supposed to remove the bad bricks and replace them with good bricks.. Charge $1100. They wouldn't answer the phone after I give them a deposit. When he finally came to do and he wanted more money for material.. Then he disappeared for another week. The last time he came he did a shotty job was only here 2 to 3 hours and it's and as you see on the pictures didn't even cover the original paint still Gray. He did not do what he said he was going to do and said it would last 5 years. This year I called him and he said he would come and fix it but now will not answer the phone and does not return calls. I actually do not trust him he does not know what hes doing he is a scam. I need to hire a professional with the refund. I watched and he only replaced 3 or 4 bricks.

  We entered into a contract with Mr. ******** in 2021.  We did all the work that was agreed upon.  He was satisfied with the work and paid the final payment.  This year he contacted us and I sent someone to his home within an hour.  We made arrangements to complete a repair that was not related to the original work.  The day we were to go to his home to do the repair, my father passed away. We are a family owned and operated business, so at that time we were unavailable. We were responsive up until that point.  Mr. ******** and I have been working on a resolution for a few months now.  We both agreed upon a partial refund, which has already been given. We met and had a nice conversation and both apologized for the misunderstandings. Our business is not a scam as he indicated in his complaint.  We have nearly 70 years of experience with the last 8 years with On Point.  We have thousands of very happy customers.  On Point and Mr. ******** have already resolved this matter and have left things on good terms.
