Owner has history of not paying all bills on time and bug sprayer was not spraying to keep insects out. trash services was not paid different times. I moved out and have not been able to move my truck and it has now been towed out to a impound lot, that costs $250 + $75/day (starting today) . The owner of the business did not call either resident to move the vehicle and never called to say it was being towed out, vehicle is not running and I was not able to move it anywhere.Business response

The false claims of the above customer regarding the paying of bills, lack of trash service, and insect prevention are not at all related to the "desired settlement" regarding the removal of the vehicle in question. This is an attempt at defamation and slander of our business.
The above claimant was removed from our property due to non-payment (the outstanding balance is currently $1,298.00), check fraud; to include providing false account number / routing information - as well as intentionally writing bad checks that have bounced multiple times: which is a crime under PA Law.
The claimant was notified multiple times that the vehicle needed to be removed from the private property, as he was no longer a tenant, and his vehicle was also a safety concern due to its location: which was partially impeding the entrance to the parking lot, which created a hazard for incoming and outgoing vehicles on numerous occasions. The claimant personally confirmed on Friday, October 22nd 2021, that the vehicle will be removed next week. (two other witnesses can be provided if necessary) Multiple attempts to contact the tenant in order to settle the balance, and have the vehicle removed have been made without success. I did not have the vehicle towed until Tuesday December 14th 2021 - almost 2 months after the claimant promised to have the vehicle removed. Additionally, under PA Law, we did have the right to tow the vehicle due to its obstruction of the aforementioned traffic flow, and the resulting safety hazard. We at the Bridges Inn, have been nothing but professional and courteous in regards to this ongoing matter, as we do with all of our customers. Please contact me anytime in order to discuss this matter, or if any other information is needed. I wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy and blessed New Year. Thank you again.
Kindest regards,

Regards,
I was not given any warning or advisory to remove the vehicle.. the property owner was aware of the vehicle not running and also was aware of myself attempting to get it running, beings he does have camerason the exterior of the building.. the amount owed on the Owner side is incorrect, we were informed by the property manager of owing only $720, and after a check bounced, cash payments were made. We were not given an official eviction notice, we only recieved hear-say. Also, I was on the property multiple times to get the vehicle running in order to remove it. The vehicle also was not in any form a fire hazard. Entrance/exit to/from the parking lot was clear for an emergency vehicle to enter if their were to be an emergency to happen. We also were informed of him not paying the exterminator up to date, and therefore insects were found inside the apartment on multiple occasions. I had also property stolen while on the property and the security system showed nothing. Also, we paid extra for a dog that we only had a short time and had to let someone babysit until a other tenant left, because they tenant did not listen to me telling her not to approach the dog, and she reportedly was bit or scratched, went to the ER and refused treatment, and we were suffering from that other tenant not listening. ******* ******* **
