My truck is a 2000 f250 7.3 turbo diesel. Kwikfill attendant put gasoline in my truck while I had an empty tank and my truck broke down shortly after because I didn’t know they put gasoline in jt. The tank cap lid says DIESEL FUEL ONLY. The girl that did it smokes cannabis on the job site and was NOT FIRED and this was not the first incident with her ******* ***** at United refining company had my truck towed. The system flushed. I missed Jobs because of this and because she did not contact me when the truck was finished and they had it for 4days until I found the garage and contacted them. She never gave the garage my phone number to contact me Upon picking up the truck I recorded video and the truck did not start correctly. It ran rough on the way home and I immediately called her and left a voicemail The next day I took another video and the truck wouldn’t start at all and had issues since. Then the truck completely broke down one week later. I have had diagnostics performed by two diesel technicians and the total cost is $3500 to replace the parts needed. They offered my $650 for Lost wages but won’t repair my truck or compensate for th parts so I can fix it myself. I compromised and said I would settle for the cost of parts and the lost wages. They will not return my phone calls The garage she used also broke the sending unit inside the fuel tank and is included in the estimates. They will not return my phone calls at all. And I’m tryin to avoid paying an attorney but I have been speaking to one that’s been helping me for a small fee I have multple videos and pictures available but it won’t let me upload videos This was a newish truck and I have documentation showing it was in good shape and running great before this. The garage broke a pice in the tank so now the truck won’t run unless there’s more than 1/4 tank of fuel in it Which the day they put gasoline in j was driving it below 1/16 just fineBusiness response

We are in receipt of the above-referenced complaint. We had received a similar complaint in June from the Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Protection. United Refining Company of Pennsylvania has gone to great lengths to address this customer’s concerns, which are detailed in the attached response made to the Bureau of Consumer Protection. Our position has not changed since the time that we provided that response. While we are disappointed that the customer is not satisfied with the efforts that we have made to try to resolve this issue, we will not be changing our position with regard to this claim.Very truly yours,
