I am beyond fed up trying to get my resolution resolved for a $25 no show fee that I was charged on August 4th 2022. I have contacted this business for THREE WEEKS now and every time I call I get put on hold for an extended amount of time and nobody picks up the phone or I get the run around. I'm fed up!!! This was for a video appointment at 2:30 PM on August 4th. I was logged into my computer at exactly 2:25 PM and at 3:05 PM I logged off and I left for my 2nd job. DR ANDREA M****** DID NOT Show up for 40 minutes at all. At 3:11 PM she leaves me a voice message stating that she's on the video conference but she doesn't see me. That's because I left.!!! I had to be at work!!!. I can't be sitting on my laptop all day waiting for her to get on the video call when my appointment was for 2:30 PM!!!! not 3:11 PM. And then this place sends me a $25 bill stating I didn't show up. . i dont think so! I am not paying it!! WHYdidn't this place call me and say that she was running late???? WHY didn't this place call and say that she was having issues on her end with the link if that was an issue?? This place did not communicate at all whatsoever they wanted to be sneaky and send me a $25 bill!! And it's been 60 days past due and I've been reaching out for THREE WEEKS TO HAVE IT REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT!!! ! When I called 3 weeks ago they said that the person who does billing was not in the office for an entire week but would be back to give me a call. Well guess what??? it's been over another week and she still hasn't called me back!! And I called again today. (10.12.22) And left a voice message for a manager. But she returned my call? No !!! they're purposely ignoring me until they end up sending it to collections and then I'm going to be contacting a lawyer. So they need to remove the bill from my account!!! I plan on getting my medical records transferred to another place that treats people with more respect. I regret even coming to this place! Never againBusiness response

Complaint ID ******** called our office 09/26/2022 for the first time, for a no-show fee that was billed
on 08/09/2022 and then again on 09/13/2022.Patient was seen in our office 09/26/2022 for an appointment. First call made to the office concerning
the no show fee was not until 09/26/2022, on the same day patient seen in our office. Patient was again
on a virtual call 09/28/2022. No mention of a problem with the no show fee.I was away on vacation and did not return to the office until 10/04/2022.
Spoke with the provider 10/06/2022 about this to see what happened and I was told that she was
waiting for her to get on the virtual call, she never did, provider placed a phone call to the patient to let
her know she was waiting for her and there was no answer.Called patients phone no answer 10/06/2022
Called placed to billing office 10/7/2022 to remove charge
Charge was removed for patients account 10/10/2022
Called patient again no answer 10/10/2022
Patient put review of our business on ****** and filed with BBB 10/12/2022
Patient had records transfer 10/12/2022, records were sent 10/13/2022
New billing statement was sent out 10/18/2022
Patient does have a balance on her account for services already provided of $85.70
