            Jacoby plumbing installed an energy efficient hot water heater for me on June 1st. Totally cost $3600.00. (Ive since looked up HWH and feel this was extremely high.) They were to come back the next day to pick up my old one but never showed. I realized the receptacle it was plugged into was controlled by my light switch. Lights off. No hot water. I contacted them on June 13th reference getting a receipt and having the electric changed to a dedicated line which is what I was told needed done. They were to come on June 14th to fix it and again no slowed. I contacted another electrician to fix the electric and paid $179 for that. On June 20th I again contacted them about a receipt and nothing. I contacted them on July 14th for a receipt and nothing. At the very least they owe me a receipt for tax purposes and they need to refund me the $179 it cost me to fix their work.

            Extremely unreliable. A four day job is not finished at 4.5 months. I had to threaten lawsuits to get anything accomplished. Even at this point, the job was not fully finished so I got someone else to help me finish it. I would NEVER recommend this company. It is run like a business that is low on cash flow. He takes your money, guts your bathroom and then you will spend months trying to get the work done. HUGE NO! His workers were extremely helpful and pleasant...I am not sure why they work for him.
