Advised BBB few months. June 18,2022. Paid $2862, but credit due is $1350 (acutal product is over $5000. ******** Dispute ID ************* they tried to help for a few months. They said merchant is shady & non compliant for return I sent back & they received June 28 ****************** **** ******** was advised by ********* they refuse to provide credit & option is to accept other products in the store in lieu of return. I've emailed ********************* and called numerous times ************ They refuse to respond. ******** had same problem. ******** reversed temp credit they gave me $1350. Vitalitea have return since 6/28/22 no credit and I finally consented to accepting products in place. Sale made to me was made in a very inappropriate, sexual manner by *************************. I have much more info, not enough space & attachment. Short version of the problem I was coerced into a purchase beyond my means and out of pocket Since June 2022. I just want reimbursement product rather then credit. I'm not even complaining the sexual manner the sale was made. This has gone on long enough. ******** advised to get BBB to help me. I did send request for help months ago. I'm desparate for help. I'm willing accept some facial products and be done. Again no compliance or response from the merchant. ******** said no website details. ******** also confirms receipt saying No returns, exchanges after 14 days. I'm not even making a claim on the inappropriate sexual manner the sale was made. I just want this over with. It has been 8 months. Please help me thank you. ***********************Initial Complaint

I purchased a wrinkle cream that was applied at the store, Vitaltea aka Vitalitea, under both eyes and above my lids. The results were amazing and although the product was rather pricey, I committed to buying it. After the product was applied, a small fan was used to dry it and I felt like some of the product might have gotten into my eye, but was not sure. On my way home my eye became irritated and had a burning sensation. I applied cool compresses at home, but had trouble sleeping that night due to discomfort. in the morning it felt as if there was sand in my eye and the discomfort continued. I revisited the store the following day, May 20, 2022. I explained that although I loved the product, it did not agree with my eye and that I wanted a refund. They absolutely would not refund my money. I was told Icould have applied the money toward another beauty product but given the response to this product, I declined. I was told that they could not refund my credit card and was given an email address to send a complaint to (which I already have done). Never during my beauty session was I told that I could not return the item nor is it stated on the sales slip. The manager agreed but still no refund. He told me that his machine would not allow him to do so. I was infuriated and left the product with the manager, Shir G**. I told him that it was returned and that they owed me the money. I was told they could not do that. I left the store and called my credit card company to dispute the charge and plan to discredit this company on social media. I also contacted the New Hope Commerce. I do not understand how a company can refuse to refund your money for a product that caused a bad reaction. The itching and burning have subsided and my eye is feeling better, but I would never use that product again.Business response

My name is shir and i am contacting you regarding ***** issue.
***** received her refund after sending me email with her issue.
She came back to the store and one of the employees (that is not working there anymore) gave her hard time to receive her money back (with no reason).
I believe that if customer is not happy with the product he/she will get the money back for it.
So she contacted me by email.
After reading her email i called her and solved the issue with her.Customer response

The merchant involved in this dispute has returned all my money and honestly has been very involved and considerate in regard to the return of my money. Please remove my complaint against Vitaltea in New Hope, Pa.
