            I hired **** to finish my floors. On the first day of the project I asked one of his workers, who didn't speak English, to fill a hole in my bedroom closet. This was never filled but I let it slide since it was in the closet. Then the owner never finished putting in the transitions in two of the bathrooms. I pestered him for two months to finish, he mostly ignored me during this time, and then when I finally got fed up and called him out he went from 0 to **************************** for no apparent reason.Do not hire.

            I offered transitions for the living room when I quoted the job because the ceramic was exceptionally high. Bathroom transitions weren't in the quote. Customer demanded them but my supplier has had a hard time getting them in. The ones we needed haven't come in. But once *** wtf'ed me and went off, that was it. No freebies for you.

            Transitions are part of the job, there was no distinction between living room and bathrooms anywhere in the quote or in our text history. Finishings are finishings, you don't get to partially finish the job then disappear. You read my texts and never responded, I wtf'd you because you ghosted me and didn't finish the job.
