            I ordered a Bible. I returned the Bible at my cost for shipping along with a tracking number. The Bible arrived to the shipper and they will not issue a credit return to my card. They have stated it “may take up to 3 weeks depending on when it is received back to the warehouse” even though the item was returned to the same address it was sent from with exception to the words “return dept.” Return directions were followed accordingly. After numerous emails, nothing has been resolved and there is no indication that it will be resolved any time soon. I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my card issuer.

            I placed two orders. One for a paperback copy of the contemporary version of Bible. This order was received by my aunt on September 9, 2021,Thursday in *******, ********. The second order was for two hardcover copies of the contemporary version of the Bible, to be deleting my residence (**********************************************************************) I have emailed the company to ask for the status of the second order and they have referred me the delivery of the first order. I cannot find a telephone number to speak with the company.
