I placed my order August30 ,2022 the knife cost 30 dollars and 90 cents,they took my money right away,never sent order confirmation,I have sent several emails either give me knife or give me my money right now I am pretty ****** ,I buy a lot of stuff on line never dealt with customer service like thisInitial Complaint

I placed order from United Defense LLC at keepshooting.com, it was shipped via **** *** delivered my order to the wrong address. Due to this, I never received my order. *** has issued United Defense LLC a refund for my package in the amount of $204.34. United Defense LLC/Keepshooting.com has failed to contact me. Ordered a part (order # ORD-******-********) from them on 10/12/21 using a gift card, immediately receiving confirmation of payment. After a week of no updates, I decided to reach out to customer support to get an update, receiving no response from them. Afterwards, I tried to call them, but as expected, no response, no call back, nothing. I have since been trying to reach them any way, and am now convince they took the money and ran. I simply am trying to get what I ordered, or my money back
