Fraudulent charges! In September 2022 we were informed by a local Sunoco station to check our Sunoco card account for fraud. We did in fact find $7,789.10 worth of fraudulent charges on one of our fleet cards. They charges were dated between 05/13/22 and 08/18/22. We are a intrastate company only servicing our local counties however there are multiple out of state charges. We contacted Sunoco in 09/22 were informed to Fax the charges in question to them and a case was started. That time and for the next several months every time we faxed we were told nothing was received. We were given a PO box that we have mailed to multiple times and again we get the response of we didn't receive it yet they refuse to give us an address that it can be sent certified. On May 25, 2023 Spoke to a woman who informed us it should take no more than 10-15 days for them to document the info. She informed top mail one last time and to follow up in 2 weeks. Was told that if it was documented to let them know to manually enter the charges. Today 06/13/23. Called and spoke to a ****** and was told the case was closed on 05/01/23 because they didn't receive the information about the charges in question. How is that possible when the case was still open on 05/23? We charge upward of 10k a month on this card and have been very loyal to this point. We want our account refunded for the fraudulent charges.Initial Complaint

Sunoco mobile app keeps blocking every attempt to add ANY of my bank cards regardless of bank and stating to contact customer service to reinstate my account.I've contacted Sunoco customer service multiple times via telephone and email and no one will reinstate my account. There is no "fraud" on my account. The credit cards, account, email and cell phone number are mine. I've literally used the the Sunoco mobile app pay option before just fine and now its blocked and I can't add any of my credit cards or debit cards regardless of bank to pay for gas via the app.Initial Complaint

On 7.5.2022 at 10:45am at sunoco on * ****** **** *****, Sterling va *****, at gas pump 11 the gas pump did not stop flowing. I pulled the pump handle out of my car, which was overflowing gas all over the ground and my car, and the flow did not stop even after the handle was released. It took clicking the handle a few times for the flow to stop. In the meantime, gas got all over my face, into my eyes, all overmy clothes and my shoes and cell phone. I went inside to ask for an eye wash station, there was NO eye was station on premise. I was told to go to the bathroom. The guy at the desk wasn't able yo reimburse me for the gas wasted bc of the overflowing pump. I am seeking reimbursement for my damaged phone, clothes , shoes and gas. This is the third time this has happened toe at this station first two times at pump 2. I filed a complaint w sunoco corporate after the second time.Initial Complaint

On the afternoon of 1/19/22 I filled up with 93 at Sunoco at *********************************, Merritt Island FL for $60 The car wouldn't run the next day Towed to repair shop Repair shop found massive amounts of water in the fuel and I paid $1283 to get the system flushed Filed a claim with Sunoco and their claim is "there is no water in our fuel" despite my sample that they didn't test or even ask to look at They have not tried to resolve the problem My fuel door locks to prevent tampering
