They have a crew that speaks no English and they do not do high quality work. They tried to just rush the job in and cover over obvious damages instead of taking the time to replace the rotten water damaged wood. They were cursing me in Spanish because I watched them like a hawk and made sure they did the job correctly. They also overcharged me, And lied and said that I would get a real discount for being a veteran, but the truth is that they do bad quality work and charge more than anyone else. I only went with them because they offered financing. They also have never given me my warranty information and my receipts for the cost of the work done even after asking more than 4 times. They are very unprofessional and they do not care about the quality or their customers. Sadly they are the worst company that I ever have ever dealt with.Business response

**** I am so sorry that you are not happy with the job we did for you. I recall having a few phone calls with you and I did discount the extra wood that you asked us to replace. We don't replace wood just because it has water stains we only replace it if it is a none nail able surface. Please let me know what work was done poorly. Also we gave you an estimate that was based on the size of your roof you agreed to the price so I'm not sure why you are saying we over charged you. You received a Discount: Veteran's Discount
($500.00) it was on the estimate.We did send you the receipts and warranty info via email. Breann will deliver to you the papers in a few days.

I paid to have a roof repaired with United in 2019. In 2020 I contacted the company (United Veteran's Roofing) because the roof began to leak. United Veterans sent the roofer that repaired, removed and re-installed the solar panels from my roof. The person that was contracted came out and merely caulked near the screws that anchors the panels to the roof. 2 years later, my roof is still leaking and United Veteran's Roofing passes along the responsibility to the roofers that he contracted out, continuously sharing with me that The second party is responsible. I don't care who has been assesed blame for the job. I don't care who was contracted to work on it. All I know is.........I initially paid United Veterans Roofing and I would like my roof to stop leaking. At this time, the inside of my living room's ceiling is damaged once again and someone needs to handle this and stop passing the buck. The water is spreading and all the work that was done to the sheet rock, light fixture and ceiling needs to be fixed all over again. I wish to be taken seriously and have this fixed once and for all. A roof should last 10-30 years, not 3.Business response

I have been in touch with ****************** and have sent out my roofing crew to assess the leak.
There was a solar company that came out to install solar after we did her roof. This was part of an insurance claim.
It required that the solar be removed and reinstalled after the roof was completed. It seems that some of the rails that where installed by the solar company are the cause of the leak.
I have reached out to the solar company and I even am trying to set up a meeting with them to go over the damage. I'm still waiting for a response from them.
I can't do anything about it until the solar company comes out.

I am rejecting this response because:I originally contacted United Veterans regarding the subcontractor twice, once in 2020 and also 2022 regarding this matter.
In confirmation of the latter, I have sent multiple texts and 2 telephone calls.
Currently, I must suffer through rain and the upcoming rainy month of April, 2022 because ****************** is not important enough to be placed on a schedule.
The entire ceiling of the living room appears as if a new roof was never installed.
In the midst of the delay, I must allow for additional decisions as it is an eyesore resulting from the quality of service.
