I signed an agreement to sell some of my crafts in this store. My lease ran for 6 months March 2023 to August 2023. I have not been paid for the items that sold in the store from the months of June 2023, July 2023, and August 2023. The store up and closed the location that I was selling at located in West Kittanning during the mid-end of August and stated they would credit a refund for my rent on that month. Rent was paid each month in the amount of $65. I messaged her at the middle of September asking when I would receive my checks as per our signed agreement, checks would be provided on the 15th of the following month. She stated that checks would be mailed out at the beginning of October. Once October came, I waited until October 12th and messaged again asking about my checks. She stated that she was on vacation & that I should have received an email. (She had never emailed, I even checked my spam). She stated that it would be at the post office on October 13th. On Oct 20th she messaged me saying that she was sick & that my check had not been mailed yet. On October 22nd I asked again if it was sent & she had not sent it but stated that she would send it. After all this happened, it has come to light that she has a past of not paying employees at her previous business ventures and vendors who have sold in her store. All I want is the profits from the items that I sold in her store. I am currently requesting copies of the checks I was paid from my bank. I paid 5 of 6 rents through check (last month was included with 1st month as security deposit) and 1 month was by cash.
