Since august they have been doing my claim for water loss and everytime I call I keep getting a run a around and when I call a lot he does not answer phone and now this is december and the work is still not done and this has been like this since august and 5 months it is now and none of the work is done and what I want is all the work done nowBusiness response

We are in receipt of your January 19, 2023 letter on the above-captioned matter for ******* ********, your complaint ID *********
Please be advised this is our first notice from you of any complaint.
For your understanding, we are the independent insurance adjusters assigned by *** ********** insurance company to assess, investigate and make payment recommendations to the insurance company. This damage was inspected promptly upon receipt of this claim and delays were encountered due to contractors either unwilling or unable to make an inspection. Payment was issued to *** ******** less his deductible for $16,820.08.
Our function is not to hire a contractor to perform repairs, that is the responsibility of the homeowner as we do not guarantee their work. Therefore, I must advise you that we have completed our adjustment of this claim and we would ask that you remove this complaint from our file.
