I feel he overcharged us for the work that was done. I checked around going rate by us is $94 an hr he charged us $125. My husband just had eye surgery so he couldn't be there to watch what the plumber was doing. On top of that he worked a few hours 4 and left our tennants with no bathroom facilities and he left and didn't come back to the next morning to complete the job the tennants had to find somewhere to go for the night as they had children and needed the bathroom. I have called him and asked him to reduce the hours and his comment was he should of charged more. He called me a slum lord to justify his actions. We asked him for an estimate of how much it was going to cost he said we didn't, we certainly did not give him a blank check to do anything he wanted to without checking with us first.. We certainly did not give him permission to rack up such a bill. It ended up being $986. We will never use his unprofessional services again.
