This company was selling having a meat sale. Buyer beware. the meat is subpar. the company lied to the AG about the quality of the product, their conversation with me, and having a 5-star rating. Buyer beware the meat is poor quality. They stopped comments on their Facebook site when people started to complain. they dont allow reviews and they go by multiple names.Initial Complaint

On 08/13/2022 I purchased 2 premium beef cases from this business. My husband and I tried the steaks and they were horrible tasting and tough. I have 2 to my son to try. He had the same experience. I tried contacting the owner and they will not answer. I go straight to a voicemail box that is full. They do not have an email address. I tried contacting them on Facebook where they advertise and they blocked me. I want a refund and will gladly return a full case and what is left of the case we opened.Initial Complaint

Back in May of 2022, I purchased 7 cases of beef, chicken, pork, and seafood from there mobile sales people. They didn't have 2 cases of beef that I wanted and spoke to Thomas the manager and approved them to sale me the cases and they would ship the cases to me. It's now August and I still have not received the products I have paid for. I have been in touch with Thomas on various occasions via, phone calls, text messages, and even messaging on there Facebook page. I never get any response back nor does he return my calls. Voicemail box is constantly full so can't leave a message. I paid $230 per case, spending a total of $1610 for everything. I would prefer them actually sending me what I have paid for the 2 cases of Prime Ribeyes and NY Strips. At this point I want my money back> Can someone please help?Initial Complaint

On June 2nd, 2022 B&T Meats was in Watertown NY having a truck sale. They were located in the Family Tractor parking lot. My husband (******** and I purchased a beef package for $500.00. There were 4-5 different cuts of beef. On the 14th of the same month we had some friends over for a barbq. To say I was embarrassed is an understatement. We cooked three pieces of the delmonico ribeye and 4 of the filet mignon. Nobody ate them because they were so tough! I contacted this * *** *** **** on the 15th to talk about this matter. Their mailbox was full and not accepting any new messages. I did get a response back in a few minutes in a text saying "I'll call you back." I received a call late that night from a Josh. I explained what was going on and I wasn't satisfied with the product. I spent $500.00 for meat we can not eat. And I asked him what I was supposed to feed my family?? He said he would pass the information on to his boss and that he would get back to me. Days went by with no response to phone calls or text messages. On June 17th at 10:48AM I received a text from the same #. This is the response I got: "We figured out the issue why we were having a few complaints all at the same time all of a sudden. It's very unlike us to get complaints at all let alone a few all in the same 2 weeks." "Your info is in front of the boss, give it some time he will definitely get in touch with you." This is now the 16th of July and I have not heard from "the boss". I have contacted these people the 17th, the 20th, the 22nd, the 23, the 24, the 29th, July the 4th, the 6th, and the 11th..... On June the 24th I got a response only after getting a little snotty with them. I was told their policy did not allow for full refunds and how would they get their product back? I feel this is not my concern how they would get their product back. They sold me $500.00 worth of meat that they admitted was something wrong with it!! Why would they want it back? Please contact me if you need to. TY
