I had this company Repipe my home and replace a toilet in a secondary bathroom, I paid over $7,000. We had wood flooring stored in the closet on the other side of the wall, we pulled it out to install it a couple months later and found the bottom portion of some of the flooring wet and the floor buckled, my husband picked and chose what he could use, put plywood down on the floor and chalked it up as a freak thing. I noticed the bathroom floor starting to buckle, again its a secondary bathroom and not used but very rarely, my husband noticed it leaking from the pipe going into the toilet tank, hence the floor buckling. I contacted them and they canceled on me twice, sent the manager because I mentioned the damage. He shows up with a co-worker ? Who didnt even know how to use channel locks!!! Said he didnt see a leak (we shut the water off when we noticed it) with the water on my husband showed him and said if you wiggle it youll see it. He said I see it now that we wiggled with it. If it was installed properly it wouldnt wiggle. He was sent to see the damage and make a decision, when he left after fixing it he said he doesnt make those decisions Ive contacted this company numerous times over the last 3 weeks and got nothing about my ruined floor and flooring. Only, they sent everything through their legal department. I even said my husband can fix the floor but I want reimbursed for the 4 boxes of flooring and the cost of materials to fix it. Still nothing!!! Winter is here, I cant leave my floor like this. I have photos

June 10, 2022 Plumber came to my house to investigate septic gas smell in bathroom. Cut hole in ceiling and discovered no p-trap installed. I signed an agreement to have them come back and do the repair, as well as install a new bathroom sink. Plumbers came back, performed all above work. New sink faucet was leaking and damaged the bottom shelf laminate of new sink. Plumbers came back and said they fixed the leaking faucet and would discuss with manager on how to remedy damaged sink. I waited a week, then called and was told sink is backordered. Waited 3 more weeks and decided I would rather get a credit back from them for the cost of sink. I called numerous times and asked to speak with the manager but was consistently told he was unavailable and would call me back. I continue to try and call them but get answering machine and "voice mailbox is full" message. It has now been almost 2 months and I have no faith that the manager, or anyone, will ever return my call. I paid them a total of $2,022 and was told by a different plumber today (Aug. 10) that they did not install the faucet properly and it has been slowly leaking this entire time. I cannot get a hold of them.

9/28/21 cleaned the sewer then jet sprayed to remove the sludge, since then the toilet in the powder room is leaking through the floor and water coming up in sink. I called them 3 times first two she would send someone out, they never showed the third call we left a voice mail and they never called us back. We paid 918.00 and they will not call us back.
