I paid credible pool 5,150 dollars on august 12, 2022. It was paid to replace a pool liner for my inground pool. There were no efforts to start the liner replacement into after June 2023 . About 10 months after they took my payment. Since it took so long, i had another company patch the exiating liner. Leak seemed to stop by june 2023. June 1 2023, I requested a refund if possible. This was done by text. Most contact was by text. They agreed and said would reach in mail about a week. It never came. June 13, they seemed to change mind and said via text that they will order liner and install as soon as they can. June 21, i talked to jason by phone. It was mutually agreed to not change liner at this time since leak stopped. July 8 was told liner will come and i will be given it by text . Reason for wanting liner was to at least have some asset since i paid 5150 about 1 year before that and had nothing in return. I researched about 10 days ago and read that pool liner should not be ordered unless pool is drained measured, which they never did. It appeared i was being strung along with no resolution. Aug 14, i asked for refund, partial refund and or liner . I was texted, aug 15. I should get a refund. I have sent 3 texts since with no resolution or offered resolution. I would at this point be fine with partial refund if they have policy of no full refunds. Ive made that clear with no resolution. Bottom line, i paid 5,150 dollars over 1 year ago with nothing in return and not been able to get any resolution from the company. I will include aigned contract
