On April 11, 2023 I ordered a stool from this company online. It was $69. I received an email confirming my purchase and was assigned order number 1185. Several weeks went by without any further correspondence or delivery of stool. There was no phone number on the website so I sent an email to the address provided for customer service to check on my order. There was no response despite multiple emails. Finally, I did some internet research and found the company's phone number. I tried to call them, but no answer. Then I texted the number and received a response from presumably the owner of the company. I was told that someone in the company would get back to me within 24 hours. Several days went by without any contact. I reached out again via text. They still are unwilling to resolve the matter. See screenshots below.
