January 11, 2022, I had an appointment to get my car tinted by Kyle (Ky) T****** I dropped my car off and did not have my car back for over five hours. Tinting services around me take no more than two hours. He also brought his child with him and was babysitting while doing my car. When I picked my car back up, I couldn’t see out of any of my windows and there are marks on my headliner. My tint is horribly botched, as it is bubbling up, fit horribly to the window, has hair in it, and many dust spots. I followed instructions of not rolling my windows down for over a month and a half, not running my rear defroster, etc. I asked for my money back, accepting Venmo, CashApp, etc. for my refund as I was told I could only pay in cash and did not have time to come get my money back. I was told by Mr. T***** that he would drive to bring me my money back and he could not electronically refund me because of his “book records”, or he could redo my tint. This was in March. I didn’t hear from him for two months. I made contact again in May, asking for my money back. I was told I would be refunded through Facebook Pay, and I didn’t hear from him again. It is now July, and I have asked for my money back again, after watching him buy a house, a new truck, a new bike, and a new boat. As of right now, I still have no money back and have not received a reply.
