    AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! The lack of communication and professionalism astounds me. *** and his crew showed up whenever they felt like it and no communication whatsoever if they could not make the day/time they committed to. It took over a week to get my fence installed because they were only working 3 hour days. I understand they may have simultaneous jobs so i can understand the lengthy (ish) install. I also never received an invoice and it seems like he kept adding charge. The total amount changed every time we spoke. I asked for something in writing and was ignored. The part that is the most frustrating is that my fence broke after 5 MONTHS!! I contacted *** and he sent someone out after 2 weeks of back and forth. They fixed a few things but most of the damage was left untouched. I followed up with Pat several times and was flat out ignored. Eventually, I must have said something that caught his attention and got a response. He, again, committed to SEVERAL dates and did not show up. he finally sent someone over after almost 2 months of me texting and calling every day. I shouldn't have to annoy someone constantly for them to do a job. Ultimately, he did send 2 of his employees over to "fix" the fence. They stood in the yard for 30 mins doing who knows what and left. They definitely did not address the issues that I had brought to ***'s attention. Needless to say my $15,000 fence is still damaged. I've come to a realization that it is not worth the stress and will hire a competent company to come in and fix the damage. ****** learned - this is definitely a situation in which you get what you pay for.
