I had them redo my entire pool after ****** passed away from covid. ***** his daughter gave me her personal guarantee that it would be perfect and it was all of the original workers. They did a horrible job with the tile and I called immediately and she had to send them back to fix it all before the plaster. They did the plaster and it looked horrible about a month later and had a few cracks. They stopped answering the phones and played that they closed the business. She still will not call me back but I now know they are back up and running. After much digging to get information to put together a lawsuit I found out that when ****** passed away they didn't pay anyone and now she has to use the worst subcontractors in the state. No one will work with her due to what she has done to her fathers good name. Do not do any business with ***************** Renovations and ***** is a horrible business person.

In 2020 I contracted them to re caulk my pool. First they used a self leveling product they were not familiar with rather than the caulk we agreed on. They did so without replacing the backer rod, which caused the caulk to drain out the gaps. This caused them to overpump the caulk to try to fill the gaps faster than the caulk was draining out. This caused the caulk to overflow onto the coping, permanently staining it. They still left huge gaps in the caulk as it continued to drain after they left. They made a half ass attempt to clean the coping. They wanted to remedy the gaps in the caulk by pouring semi self leveling caulk on top, but I advised them that per the manufacturer, it would not bond and per the manufacturer removal and re-instillation was the only remedy. They agreed; but without my consent, and without warning, they simply filled with polymeric sand instead of caulk. This is both ugly and completely non-functional. They then agreed to fix the mess first thing in the 2021 season. After a few calls I got someone on the phone who said they had not forgotten and would be out to do the job. After that they refused to answer any calls or emails. I was forced to hire someone else to remove and redo the job. Fortunately, the new contractor did the job perfectly, but Sergio's still will not return calls about a refund. The one star is too high as I got $0 value for my payment to them. They are both irresponsible and incompetent. Stay far away.
