This has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. Absolutely terrible. No communication, no timely follow through, and multiple people in in service have been extremely rude to me personally. The first time I called, I spoke with the GM (Fran) and he had not been made aware of our situation at all, our truck was in the shop for about 2 weeks at that point. After I made it clear our concerns and need for communication, he agreed and apologized. In fact he told me then he would personally invest in this and he’ll make it right and communicate with me. However, each time I call, it seems as though he has no knowledge of any updates. He stated to me last Friday 7/14 that he thought we had our vehicle back because he hadn’t heard any updates on it and he was not aware that this was still ongoing. He told me on that Friday that our truck was at the Ford dealer now and assured he spoke with someone there and that it would be looked at by Wednesday (7/19). He also again made sure to mention how personally invested in this situation he is and he would call on Wednesday with an update. No phone call. I waited till almost 6pm to get a call from Todd come to find out that our truck had been now moved the previous day to a local auto group and not even a Ford dealership, where we were told specifically that’s what needed to be done. And still NO word on what is exactly wrong or timing of it all. Full transparency for review purposes: -they have agreed to make our payments until issues are resolved, after I presented that request to them. -they have provided multiple loaners, upon our request (multiple on their account, not ours) -they will correct any issues under warranty. (however ultimately this may effect the long term value or reliability of the truck we purchased)

They like to sell people lemon and no help solving issues

Last year I bought a 2018 BMW. The sales guy saw my face when I saw the monthly payments and that piece of shit told me that it came with a 4-year warranty. The person before me had purchased and Jason said it carries over and I would have the four-year warranty. (He showed me paperwork) Turns out that was a lie and I got stuck in $548 car payments with is no warranty. Why the fuck would I agree to that? I emailed them and called them and got no response for months. I only realized that the warranty was no good when I took it for an oil change at the BMW place in Mechanicsburg. Klick L**** did not try to help me at all and basically said there's nothing they can do. Klick L**** was unwilling to help me trade or do anything but they were quick to take my money and scam me into buying an expensive fucking car without a warranty. I had two witnesses with me that heard this piece oh shit tell me that the warranty was still active and carried over. THAT WAS A LIE!!! That was generous and loyal and professional of Klick L**** to do that!? ?? Klick L**** in Palmyra Pennsylvania fucked me over big time. I'm so fucking pissed I went in there and they all acted like a bunch of clueless dumbasses that didn't know anything about the sale or the sales guy that sold me my car. I know there was another asshole that was helping him named Fran but guess Fran doesn't work there anymore! How convenient. I asked that all the paperwork be sent to me. I still did not get any paperwork sent to me. This was months ago. They lie, they scam, they fucking suck. Klick L**** along with other dealerships should have to record sales for this very reason. The fact that it's his word against mine is fucking bullshit and unfair. Scamming people is illegal but unfortunately I'm fucked because like I said it's my word against some low-life sales guy that was just trying to take my money.

They use bate and switch scams to get customers to come into their showroom. They sent out a flyer with a game piece where it said I won $5000, no purchase necessary. My wife went in and they said the code had to be matched with their code which it was not. The guy told my wife every one gets a $5000 wining game piece.
