If not the worst business I have ever dealt with, they are right up there. Right now they are harassing us to the point I am writing this review to file a complaint. If they persist, I will take legal action against them. Incompetent is the word that best describes them. They came to our house 12/20 to check out a problem we were having with plumbing because they installed the original plumbing in the house. After 2 visits and their guy not knowing what the problem was, we figured it out. Wanted to pay - he said a bill would come. No bill came - until yesterday 11/15/21b Claim they sent bills all along by email. Never received any email bill from them. Called them and told them that. Asked them what on file for my email and they refused to tell me what it was. Asked them to send email NOW - didn't do it. Received another bill 11/16/21 threatening collection action. Finance charges added in both letters. We already wrote check and mailed yesterday not disputing the bill just the fact that they never sent a bill and were incompetent. Refused to pay any late fees seeing n ot my fault. They said OK. If they can'.t keep records any better than that they shouldn't be in business. Tired of having to do someones job for them I want it made known to stay away from them because of their lack of any business ethics. Bottom line is they are a bad business stay away from them.
