On August 5th 2021 NC Outdoor Services and Maintenance Inc put ******** River stone in my backyard. When their truck with the stone was backing up they hit the gate, post, and section of the fence which shifted other sections of fence nearby. The section of fence, post and gate that were hit needed to be replaced and the sections that shifted need to be re concreted as the gates are difficult to latch now because the fence is loose and does not line up with the gate now. The workers acknowledged to me the day it occurred and I later verified with the owner that the workers had informed him. The owner acknowledged he had been told immediately by the workers what had happened and that his fence repair man would be up to look at it and fix the fence as needed. The fence repair man did come and look at the fence and did replace the section of the fence that was hit and the post but said he would need to order the gate to be replaced and would fix the loose sections of fence and make sure the gates lined up when replacing the other gate. It is now 11/28/2022 and after reaching out numerous times to both NC Outdoor and the fence repair man neither will return my calls or texts. I had to purchase the post and section of fence that was repaired and was told I would be reimbursed for them but I have not been reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses and still do not have the damaged gate replaced or the loose sections fixed. I cannot get either to return my calls/texts and would just like to get this resolved as I was told it would be when the incident occurred, the fence/gates fixed and reimbursed for the post and section of fence. I have paid NC Outdoor Services in full for the work they completed.
