Ordered Fridge, washer dryer, got a stove; scratched kitchen Pergo floor when stove was put in called *** he said he would send his floor guy out by the end of the week. *** called next day asking where scratch was located with a condescending tone as if we were lying. I told him lying is not in my nature. After thinking about the conversation, I called him back and stated I am offended and do not worry about sending your floor guy. We will take care of it ourselves and WE ARE DONE! He never has to worry about any recommendations or us coming to that business again. STAY AWAY

Talked to my guys and they said that there was scratches previous to them bring in the appliances, I did talk to customer and offer sending my floor guy out to repair just where the range was brought in. I did call and did not talk in a condescending tone maybe I was a little irritated that there a other scratches and was picking the one that she thought we put in but still was willing to repair. she called back and refused the serviceCustomer Response

Stove be bought in July 2022 **** went out in August it is now November. Called Laketon Tv and appliance he said you have to call Whirlpool. 4 techs came out first one scratch our Pergo and 3 techs came out since August we still do not have a oven that works. Not sure what stove we were sold but as you can see Do not go to this business there is no honesty thereReview from Daniel G.

Serviced a dryer on 1/27. Technician replaced 2 fuses. Charged for service call and the two fuses. Dryer worked one month and the same problem occurred. Called the business. Spoke to the owner concerning "callback". He said that he would "" and he never did.get back to meLaketon TV And Appliance Center Response

STAY AWAY from Laketon TV and Appliances - Poor Business Practice *** and this company is committing fraud by selling damaged appliances, as new, then calls in a replacement of parts by using the warranty companies promise to replace the parts. *** completes a sell of a "claimed new product" however, he knew it was damaged. *** is exploiting the "good faith" service of the warranty companies knowing they will replace the part or the product. He knows that the warranty companies will stand by their product and will restore it or replace it to maintain the good standing of their product name.Laketon TV And Appliance Center Response

This unit was delivered in a sealed box. when my delivery guy unboxed and noticed the concealed damage as we always do in this situation it is up to the customer that they can accept the ********************** or we can bring another unit, *************** accepted the appliance and as all manufacture's do they will send a serviceman to repair appliance to customers satisfaction. which was done
