I made a purchase on Nov. 18,2022 and i received my confirmation letter. After weeks and weeks of no update on the order I reached out to the merchant multiple times in regards to the order not being fulfilled. On their website they claim it takes 5-7 business days to have orders fulfilled. It has been over a month since the order has been placed and there has not been any communication nor has there been any updates either. As the company portrays many different perks to shopping with them. They do not follow thru on any of the foretold information they provide. Its very difficult to receive a response from the merchant. as well as accurate information on shipping and the products being sold. Its giving fraudulent information on top of misleading with false advertisement.Initial Complaint

Hi I placed an order with Beyani Hair Collection on 11/29/22 for a total of $100. I selected and paid for standard shipping which was $10 and indicated 5-7 business days. After such time had passed and I had not received the product or communication I update I decided to reach out to the company via a contact message box on the website. After not receiving a response to that message for days, I decided to reach out on the companys Instagram account via direct message on 12/15. I have also not received a response to that message. I also noticed there is no way to check an order status on the company website or through the email confirmation received at checkout.Initial Complaint

i purchased from this company on march 5th 2022 my order number is ****** ive emailed multiple times no response beside a automatic one and they said they would respond up to 72hrs still have not. its been months and i havent recieved anything .i either want the products i orders or my money back .Initial Complaint

I made a purchase online with this company to receive human hair bundles on January 12, 2022. On their site it does state that it may take up to 6-8weeks to receive your product. Within that time frame I received a tracking number. The tracking number was issued 3/28/2022. There has been no movement from this shipment at all. I have contacted the company via email, text message, and social media direct message. Ive gotten a few different answers as to what may have happened to my package but she would assure to find out and reach back out to me. Today is the day she said she would have an update and now Im scrambling with getting a response as to where my package is.Initial Complaint

I paid for goods and I have not yet received them. I reached out to Beyani and was told my item would come by 4/12. It is now 4/14 and I have not received a tracking number. I have called, emailed, texted, and even reached out through social media and havent gotten a response.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on March 6th, 2022 for 1 bundle a hair ( 24inch hair weave). I waited and allowed time as Per Site: MOST BUNDLE ORDERS SHIP WITHIN **** BUSINESS DAYS. WE ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING ABOUT 1 DAY BEHIND PROCESSING. I emailed company 3/29/22 to the email per site stated to reach out to ****************************************** I sent email 3/29/22 within the customer service hours MONDAY - FRIDAY ******* EST - ****** EST . I waited another few days did not receive a response and sent another email on 4/01/22. I still have not received a response from customer service or item that ordered and it is NOW 4/11/22. Long over a month. I reviewed the pending item is still saying awaiting fulfillment I would like a refund for the item I still have not received!Initial Complaint

I have emailed and messaged Beyani Hair several times in reference to my order. The order was placed on January 11,2022 My ordered consist of 3 bundles and a frontal totaling to $750 which is very expensive for hair . I work hard for my money and cannot afford to just give it away. I have not received an order status since January 24th. This company is terrible when it comes to communication. This is a terrible way to conduct business.I would to know when will I receive my order. It has been over the 6 week shipping time stated on their Website.If I dont receive a response by April 1,2022 I will be contacting my bank to start the dispute process.Initial Complaint

I paid for an order that I have not received. I placed an order with this company on 02/09/22. I never received a tracking number stating that my order shipped. I sent an email on 03/09/22 for an update on my order, and I have received no response. I would a refund, or they need to send my order overnight.Customer response

I purchased hair on 02/09/22 and never received my order. I was told multiple times that my order shipped and I should receive it within 2-3 days. I was told that I would be refunded for the shipping due to the delay. I would like a full refund.
