This company should be avoided at all costs. They are not interested in delivering service to the customer. They are only interested in milking your insurance company and reducing your settlement to the smallest amount after they are PAID! The owner plays nice and then Steals everything he can get! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!Review from Ashley C.

The house next door to me caught fire, there was so much smoke & water damage in My house, I didn't know what to do or whom to call, a friend of mine recommended Guardian, they came out and explained everything that they were gonna do and the process. The price was reasonable, their work is above and beyond. Thank you againReview from Kevin D.

The morning my neighbors house caught fire we were at church, we returned home to find our house bombarded with smoke. Within an hour or two we got lucky and found damon and guardian or I should say they found us. They explained what needed to be done, how they were gonna do it and followed through. My house was completely restored from ceilings to floors, our property value increased over $100,000. If you ever are in need of smoke or fire restoration company do not hesitate to choose guardian.Review from Kevin D

Guardian has been a blessing to my family. I had multiple companies competing to assist me and I chose guardian. Their employees was dressed appropriate whereas other company’s looked like they were going to a night club. Damon was very knowledgeable and informed me about everything that was gonna happen. My house is now amazing and has brand new furniture throughout. Go with guardian if you ever need a restoration company after a fireReview from Mark C

Tommy W*** and Jason where very convincing at first with there big word and so called certifications I had a fire at omy home and they told me o would get a bunch of money and basically free work done they subm***ed their bill to the insurance company they told me that I do not come out of pocket for any of the work that it did for me but yet it was me paying them for my payment from the insurance company for there show called Smoke machines that did nothing but run my electric bill up and so-called emergency service work that I was told did not need to be done they slandered other companies who where out there and spoke to me that night and turns out they where the real scum bags luckily I was able to get one of the companies to come back out that actually had a good rateing to help me out and get my home back to the way it was I would not recommend Guardian restoration to anyone ever their company needs to be shut down and sued in the court of law I know what to expect next time around
