******* scheduled an appointment for an installation between 8 and 10 am on April 12 and was a no show. When my husband called him, he said he wasn't coming because it had rained. He never called my husband to say he wasn't coming or reschedule. When my husband said he should have called he said he was at the shop picking up the door and could be there at 11:30. He was aware my husband did not live at that house and had to make a special trip. When ******* finally showed up there was no apology and in fact, did not speak to my husband except to get payment.I called the office and spoke to ***** who was going to have the Manager named ************* me or my husband. It is not 4/15/24 and we still have not received a call from the Manager. I called again today and spoke to **** who said she would try to reach a manager, who did call me. She told me that **** is the Owner, not a manager. Obviously, he doesn't care about his customers once he has received payment.I would avoid this company. The lack of communication and not showing up for a scheduled appointment is very unprofessional.

Due to the heavy rain last week, the door supplier was delayed in providing **************, *******, with your door. *******, as well as the office, apologized for his delay in communicating that to you. When ******* arrived on-site, he greeted your husband and promptly started the service. When the work was completed, ******* went over the entire service and all functions of the garage door with your husband, to which your husband said to *******, "Wow! You're so professional, everything looks great and the work was done so fast."On Monday, 04/15, we returned your call within 10 minutes when the manager was in the office, and she explained to you that the dispatcher mistakenly said **** would reach out. Our manager informed you that **** is the business owner and does not manage customer disputes/ relations as he is frequently working in the field as well. She explained to you that she does not work weekends, explaining the delay in someone getting back to you over the weekend. She apologized for the lack of communication, ensured that disciplinary action would be taken on both the dispatchers who misinformed you and *******, and asked what she could do to rectify the situation for you. This was after listening to you tell her how horrible our business is, that you told your neighbors not to contact us, and that you were planning to slander us all over the web.Just as when we provided you with the original estimate for service, you wanted the job done for cheaper. You were originally quoted a discounted price of $1550.00 for the services you required. We then brought the price down to $1250.00 before you agreed to service. Furthermore, to appease you for the technician's delay and lack of communication, we provided you with a refund of $150.00 mailed out yesterday afternoon. It was glaringly obvious that you were looking to blow things out of proportion in order to save money, however, we take customer satisfaction very seriously, so we still complied. In total, you paid $1100.00 for a $1600.00+ job and despite all of our efforts to find a solution to ensure your satisfaction, we've concluded that you can't make everyone happy.
