I booked an appointment with I.AM.CRAFT Co. w/ owner Ashley on 7/22/2022 on Instagram. I booked under a service that my hair wasn’t long enough for. I didn’t see under the style wether your hair have to be a certain length in order to book it. Which led me to direct message Ashley to ask if she style “finger waves to be on the safe side incase she said my hair wasn’t long enough. She replied “No, sorry I don’t.” I went to say “ok, I’ll cancel.” She didn’t reply which made me proceeded to send her another messages asking her to let me know if my appointment is canceled and I went on to say how I wasted my money booking an appointment where I couldn’t get my money back due to her policy which I received in my appointment confirmation email. She doesn’t have her policy on her ********* page, highlights or website. Ashley and I went back and forth in direct messages where she ended up refunding me $15 on ******* which most likely is $14 plus change after the fees are taken out. Her booking fee for the style I canceled is $35.76. I don’t know if this salon is licensed or but I felt like I was robbed and I would like my full deposit return.
