      Their customer service is AWFUL! They take days to respond and do not answer the issue, you get a run around and have to wait another ***** hours for another response. I bought a hat that was green as can be on their website, but when it arrived it was not green at all. It has taken me 3 weeks and 7 emails to return a hat, still no refund or acknowledgement of having the hat being in their hands, even though they sent me the shipping label to use and it was delivered to them 2 weeks ago. I'm not forced to dispute the charge on my credit card because of TERRAIN's INEPT customer service in handling returns after THEY MISREPRESENTED the color of the item.

      While they sell cut flowers (delivered), they obviously don't know, or don't care about, how to handle these purchases. The flowers are bought for certain occasions, right? Therefore it's all about timing. Delivered on the birthday, for example, they are great. Delivered a week later, not so. I ordered flowers so that they will be delivered on certain date, using the website info for timing. Called Terrain right away to confirm that the website info is correct (was assured so). Next day, lacking shipment notification, called again and was told that the shipment was postponed till the next week. I requested cancelation of the order, had to call around and get flowers ordered from a local florist. Then, the day after - when the flowers were supposed to arrive - local florist ships the flowers, and afterwards I receive notification from Terrain - congrats your shipment is out for delivery! What? Turns out the warehouse actually had the flowers and, interestingly, when I was told the order is being postponed the shipment was already on the way! Terrain told me they do not take the returns on flowers (obviously) and the only thing they can do is a 30% discount on the purchase, regardless of me having to pay for two flower shipments instead of one. Really disappointed in the way their logistics is (dis)organized

      A vase arrived cracked in half, dried lavender bouquets were totally bare and falling apart, the coconut husk doormat was shedding all of its husk, and the moss wall frame looked like it was put together by a five year old. They don't refund shipping at all, so I'm out of pocket $20. And Terrain has yet to refund me for the fourth item even though it's been almost a month. Horrible customer service when I call - people don't know what they're talking about, the return label took 45+ min to create when I called up because I was at UPS. And of course everything's super overpriced. I'll never buy anything from them again.

      Spent hundreds of dollars on lights and strands last winter. Finally set them all up yesterday for the holidays and two lights flat out don’t work. CS response after i sent a short,,pleasant email asking them to replace? They will do nothing as it’s outside their 30 day window. Absolutely ridiculous and utterly disappointing. In this day and age CS is EVERYTHING and with so many shopping options, they shot themselves in the foot. F- to Terrain, I won’t shop there again - even though I had more of the lights and strands for my office quite literally in my shopping cart and ready to order.

      RIP OFF COMPANY!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! WASTE OF MONEY!. Absolutely the worst experience I had with any company! I ordered an outdoor chimney for over $500, it arrived promptly but it was damaged and had minor scratches that i was willing to live with. i used the chimney once and it became completely rusty as if it was taken from a junk yard. being very disappointed i had contacted customer service who emailed me back and forth and pretty much said there is nothing we can do about it. feeling ripped off, i have decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company and im still fighting to get my money back! they are claiming that once you agree to their term and conditions they will not be liable for anything. but they do not tell you that they are going to send you shitty quality items in their term and conditions. Based on the previous reviews I see this is a trend. BE WARE DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. you will not receive what you see in the pictures!!!! i wish i could attached the images so you all can see!
