We were getting married in Vegas on 3/14 and it was critical that we did not miss our flight. Our flight was originally for 7:15am on 3/13. Our flight was delayed until 8:07am. We arrived at the airport about 5:30am. Our parking garage receipt time stamp is 7:01am because we drove around 4 times to find the economy parking . We did not know it was closed until we finally found it. The sign said to park in the parking garage upper level. We drove around again to get back there to see the sign read full. We did not want to pay $44/day for ground level parking. We called the number on the back of the parking ticket and was told there were spots available and the sign would be fixed. We drove back around to get there and then the sign said 521 spots available. By the time we got our boarding pass and went through TSA (which was a VERY long line and only one agent was working to check ids and see boarding pass). I had to pay an additional $40 to carry our luggage on the flight due to not enough time to get it to the plane (I had paid to check it in). We missed our flight by 10 minutes. The next flight was the next morning (the day of our wedding; we got to Vegas just in time, no time to freshen up/iron clothes)We then had to pay $266.349 to stay at the ******** because we were exhausted/stressed/upset and didn't want to be far from the airport for the flight the next day. We do not understand why there wasn't any signage right at the airport saying economy was closed (much less the difficulty in finding it to discover it was closed). Not to mention the misinformation on the parking garage sign saying full. If for not these things, we would not have missed our flight and incurred these extra expenses (hotel, additional luggage fee, additional fee for parking than what we expected, and having no time to get ready for our wedding). ***I received a very unsatisfactory response and emailed again but no reponse
