I have a warranty on a ** washer and ** arranged for this company Field tech services to come out and service the washer. ************ called me and stated he was arriving at my home in 20 min he arrived I had ** Gas at my home the same time as they were working on installing a thermostat. My husband was home and I was face timed as soon as Field tech electronics came. ************ looked at the drum and snapped a picture of the broken pieces at the top of the washer drum. He also looked at the clothes that my husband showed him and how they looked when they came out of washer. ***** stated a piece of the plastic broke off and got jammed in the drum and it is shredding and that is why it is on the clothes when they come out of the washer. He said he was going to put a report in that the washer needed to be replaced it was unrepairable. Keep in mind I have cameras in my home that record audio and video. ***** left and I get a notice from ** that ***** fixed my washer and he even extended my warranty I was livid. I could not believe what I was hearing from the lady named *************. I broke down and started to cry because I was in shock that this man would lie to me ** and reported that I would be filing a few complaints.
