I had an unfortunate experience with Ticketmaster and Wells Fargo Center (WFC). I purchased a ticket for a Sza concert dated 3/2/23. The artist postponed the show. It was then rescheduled for 9/26/23. I received an e-mail from Ticketmaster stating there was nothing to do on my part . I received/downloaded my mobile ticket containing a QR code prior to the date of the 1st show. This was the ticket I used when I tried to enter the venue on 9/26. The gentleman at the door of WFC redirected me to the box office after scanning my ticket. Once there, a lady puts in my information and gets to a screen that she didn't know what to do. When she asked for help, the gentleman she asked to help her tells me, in short, that my ticket will not work and they need the ticket from the "original" seller and to call Ticketmaster because there is nothing that they can do. Obviously, at nearly 10 PM, the night of the show, I do not get through to Ticketmaster. Fast forward to present and Ticketmaster is also telling me there is nothing they can do about it as they don't show the ticket scanned? Both, Wells Fargo and Ticketmaster honestly should be ashamed of themselves. If the ticket was resold or whatever happened they should own up to their mistake and give me a refund. The fact the neither company will speak to what happened with my ticket is why I am seeking help from the BBB to aid with resolution of this matter.

HORRIBLE! I paid $158.56 for tickets to see a show that was postponed due to the pandemic. I requested a refund in July of 2020 and never received it. I tried calling customer services multiple times for someone to help me, but no answer. To this day, I still have not received my refund. I will NEVER buy tickets from this place again. Beware of this place!

Last night, I went to a sixers game and was definitely a victim of racial profiling. I arrived a hour early to see players warm up. When I walked into section 102 to get a closer video of Derrick R*** I was told that we were allowed to stand and watch warmups. It was about 7 people watching, I’m literally the only person of color watching by the way. So as I’m watching warm ups the security guard down by court side keeps trying to make weird eye contact with me and then he finally asks to see my ticket. My section was 106, but I’m by 102 recording. Out of about 7 people he only asks me to see my ticket. I tell him the security at the top of the section said we were allowed to see warmups and he says “oh no whoever said that is wrong warmups are over.” So I ask him why was I the only one questioned and he couldn’t even answer. Now, everyone is staring at the situation. So to not cause a disruption I leave and ask another security guard how true his statement was. She then told me that you can watch warmups if you’re there an hour early but at the 30 minute mark we had to find our seats. I was literally down there at the 47 minute mark and was turned away. I felt singled out and embarrassed. Basically he was kind of saying I couldn’t afford where I was standing and again only asked me to see my ticket no one else.
