I sold my tickets for a September game through their Ticket Exchange program in August for close to $600. I was told that policy was that I would not be paid until after the game occurs, which in itself is ridiculous, as they received the money for the tickets twice and hold the money. But that's another issue, it has now been 3 months since I sold the tickets, 2 months since game and I still have not received the money. I have called at least 5 times now and get no resolution. I keep getting told it is being handled, but each time I call, the status didn't change. I have actually sold another game which occurs in December and didn't get a chance to cancel the listing before it happened. So now they owe me close to $1,000. At this point, I should be paid all they owe me and interest they earned on my money.I also file a complaint at ************ and they stopped responding to that even.
