We bought a 2016 ****** ****** February 23, 2022. Today is Friday April 8, 2022 12:33pm. Since buying the car late February 2022 from Elite Auto the vehicles check engine light has appeared multiple times, the car has even shut down early March and we got the car back yesterday April 7 under information a new transmission was placed in vehicle. Check engine light appeared again this morning and the car jerks when in drive & reverse. We stopped in Elite auto and told Nate what happens a in which he supposedly got in touch with the general manager, Igor who was supposed to meet us at pa auto inspection. Igor never showed and did not return phone calls at this time. We've been traveling back and forth since February. Were exhausted and would like a car that actually works and that's inspected before we pick it up.Customer response

Hello, we can go ahead and close the complaint for BBB complaint # 17005150. Although I am Not happy with the service the car is returned and working with no issues. Should issue(s) persist I will then seek to reopen claim. Thank You all for your help with the matter.Initial Complaint

Brought vehicle to have fixed for a check engine light and was told that an oil change would fix a timing code. Told verbally to drive car 6,000 miles or to next oil change and check engine light would go off. Brought vehicle back with same check engine light and now being told I need an engine and they do not want to cover for their misdiagnosis that lead to an engine needing to be replaced. They are telling me that because of their misdiagnosis that I would have to come out of pocket between 5,000 and 8,000 dollars on top of my warranty. I've had since beginning issues with the vehicle. Please help. I can't afford to pay my rent now because of other means of transportation to workBusiness response

Please be advised that we resolved the issue for ********** ************** and helped her to transition to the new vehicle. Customer were fully satisfied and have no obligations against the dealership and PA Auto Inspection.
