I ordered 3 sweatshirts baby blue black and white. Then I ordered a longsleeve shirt. I ordered 12-18 mths for my grandson. Two days ago I looked at an email they sent concerning my order and it was a pink jogging suit. I've reached out to them as soon as I read the email 3 days ago. They just responded and told me that I couldn't get a refund/exchange my order. I was also told that in the email all orders are finalize. This is their mistake. I purchased $250 worth of items from Milano Di Rouge on 10/14/2023 order# ******. The order was marked as delivered on 10/20/2023 and when my parents went to check the mail on 10/21 the items were gone. I contacted Milano Di Rouge on 10/23/2023 to report my items as stolen and they have, to-date, never responded. This is unacceptable and I dont want others to experience this same type of treatment. Please help in getting my money back and fining this business or reprimanding them in some way for their very very poorer customer service.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2 piece unisex camo outfit in a size Medium from their website. When I received it, the button up top was a medium, but the pants said 32. If I would have knew the pants came in a number size, I would have sized up. They're sizing is very deceiving. I immediately emailed customer service to let them know. My 1st email was sent on the day my item was delivered 10/21/23. I realized that I may have sent it to a wrong email of theirs & resent on 10/24/2023. I have yet to get a response & it says on their site that you have 7 days to say something about an exchange. They are also known to get exchanges back & then lie and say something is damaged, so they don't have to replace or refund. I wanted to exchange the outfit for a bigger size, but at this point I would like a refund because of the unprofessionalism of the company in general. I placed a order with this company Sep 15 2023 was called last week by employee ****** she said to bare with them they moved to another state and trying to get all the orders out. I was promised a call back last Thursday and no call. On 9/15/23, I placed an order with Milano Di Rouge (Order #: ******) , I ordered my son a winter coat. When my package said delivered I realized the zip code for the delivery was wrong. I immediately checked my building looking to see if it was left somewhere which it wasn’t. I reached out to Milano Di Rouge, to let them know I didn’t receive my package and to tell them the zip code my package said it was delivered to was wrong & didn’t match the zip code of the shipping address I gave them. They even sent me the shipping label they printed to ask me if it was correct. I let them know the street address was correct but the zip code wasn’t, & that the zip code they put wasn’t the zip code I put down. They told me they would investigate, then they sent me a email saying my package was delivered and there was nothing they could do for me. I just wanted my package reshipped, so my son could get his winter coat. They delivered to the wrong because of a mistake someone made on their end, the shipping address I put down, was correct but the address they sent it to was not, so for them to refuse to reship my item or offer a refund is, horrible. The mistake wasn’t mine, but theirs the least the could’ve did was resend my package instead of refusing to fix it at all. I spent 174.21 for something I didn’t receive, because Milano Di Rouge Made A Mistake, then refused to rectify that mistake. I have the confirmation email with the shipping address I put and the label with the shipping address they put, you can see it wasn’t my mistake but the company’s. So I’m currently out of $174.21 & they refuse to fix it.Initial Complaint

I purchased a shirt for my mom for Mother's Day on May 2nd. The business advertisements shows the shirt on 2 different sized models however they advertise the model is wearing a size medium but both models are clearly of 2 different sizes. After consulting with my mom I realized that I ordered the incorrect size. I emailed the business on the same day May 2nd that I placed the order and they told me that if my mom could not fit the shirt then it would be no problem to get an exchange as long as the shirt was returned within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition as it was purchased. I received the shirt at 4pm on May 8th. My mom tried the shirt on for sizing and realized it did not fit. I immediately returned the shirt on the very next morning of May 9th at 9:30am less than 24 hours after receipt. (Receipt attached) The vendor received the shirt back on May 12th and informed me that I could not get an exchange for an XL because the shirt was not returned in the same condition as when it was shipped. They implied that the shirt had been worn and had deodorant on it. My mom tried the shirt on for 60 seconds AFTER SHOWERING so there were absolutely no deodorant stains or any stains on the shirt. This shirt was not damaged or worn nor did it have any stains on it prior to me shipping it back to the vendor. The pictures that they emailed to me does not show any deodorant stains on them. They have shipped the original shirt back to me and I still do see any stains on the shirt. I have emailed them several times letting them know that this is not true and that they are advertising false sizes with 2 different models and they are not being fair or cooperative.Initial Complaint

I purchase from Milano Di Rouge ( emails attached) and was not aware of their return policy. The item ordered is too small, so I checked the website and saw that I could not return (all sales are final). I emailed them and asked if I cant return and explained the issue. Someone responded to my email weeks later. This is when I mailed the item back and enclosed a copy of the email. (All attached) A week ago I received an email stating that my item could not exchanged or returned and it will be mailed back to me, and it was. I replied to that email and they ask3d me to resend the email communication from them. At this point Im frustrated and would a refund for my order and my shipping because company has a policy that is unlawful and inconsiderate. As much as the items cost there should be a better return policy. I would hate to take legal actions against this company because of their unlawful return policy.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on feb 19th and still haven't received it yet. I have sent them four emails on March 4,6,8, and 9th and they sent me one reply with my tracking and as I receive the email from *** who they shipping through stated label was created but that status change since since Feb 21th. They only have an email contacting system and the email.com contact is [email protected]. my order number is ****** and my shipping tracking number is ******************. I purchased a jacket from this company on March 1. It is a black and green cropped puffer coat. The price is approximately $230 with an additional $10-$12 shipping. I was notified March 4 that the item has been shipped. As of today March 13 the item was never brought to *** and never actually shipped. I cannot file a claim with *** because they have never received the item. I filed a complaint via website and email and it was ignored. I commented on Instagram on the business page and they responded telling me to try the email again. I have tried the email twice since then and theyve all been ignored. I have waited 24 to 48 hours in between sending every email. I have tagged them in my story on social media and on posts I have repeatedly reached out to them in their comments. The business page went as far to like my story complaining about the issue and never responded to anything. At this time I would just like my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased clothing items from this company and never received any of them.. nor did I get a refund they emailed about being out of stock but never replied to my email or refunded the money back to my account
