      I have been without internet since April my bill is paid through my rent, one tech came out fixed nothing! Another tech drive by my home called and hung up from the van and left! 3 months later no internet in my home that I pay for. - I cancelled the cable tv and was/is still being charged. Multiple attempts to draft money from my account. - ********************** cancelled the service never used the phone never activated called and made severe attempts to return. They never sent a return label now im stuck with a phone I never used before. This company has poor communication with their clients. The automation really leaves people unsatisfied and frustrated!!

      Terrible service, they squeeze you for payment but don't provide factual up-to-date products and services. When an outage occurs they hide behind their automated system. We've reported damage, and an outage and to-date it's been 11 days without service. For someone who works from home the situation is truly outrageous. This company has no compunction for causing grief to their clients.

      Comcast cable and internet services is the worst in the country. Their employees dont help the customer and transfer you back on cue. The *** system they have in place is horrible and it doesnt understand by our responses even when youre asked to push the number key pad. Dont ever do business with them. They still owe me money and havent refunded my .

      I had to drive my son's car to ******, where he was moving. I spent one night in ****** and made three calls (.40) and one text (.10). When I received my bill, I was charged $73.95 for my service in ******. The agent for Xfinity, *****, claimed I spent two nights in ****** for some reason but promised me for three days he would "take care of me and get me a refund". The third day he called me and said he would take $20. off my bill, which was an insult. Xfinity never did remove the $20 from my bill. That is price gouging and horrible customer service. I'm a senior citizen and have been a faithful customer to ******************** for ** years. They reward customers by ripping them off. Also, they RAISE MY CABLE AND INTERNET FEES EVERY MONTH! It may be by only a dollar but it never ends. This country and the state of ********** need to make laws that regulate their fee schedules and stop their ability to raise them at will.

      Got comcast 7 days ago they cut my service off due to a previous bill from whom ever stayed at this house before me like how is that my problem that they didnt pay their bill now Im on the phone getting the run around now theyre telling that I have to wait 30 days

      For the past three weeks my internet goes out around 3 pm more than half the time. I asked for and was given a credit ($5) and have been denied since then. They offer no explanation, it is unacceptable for them to charge me $118/mo and not have service that is reliable. I have tried to get someone on the phone and it is near impossible, WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH HANDS DOWN.

      I have used the Xfinity security cameras for 5 Years. On July 17 my Cameras all went Online. I bought the cameras through them and understood that the Cameras all 4 were not under warranty.called Xfinity and they told me the same modem I was using wasnt compatible anymore. I would have to downgrade. Claimed I would have to get all new camera AGAIN pay AGAIN in order for them to work. Tech came out and said they were offline and needed updating. If I knew this I wouldnt get the system . Never was told this. Prices are always being raised, service I called them made me wait for a supervisor till the department closed then transferred me to nobody. Phone was disconnected. Taking advantage of people! Worst company to ever deal with. And they call me a diamond member. What a joke. Only reason I am still here is because theres no one else.
