I am a landlord in Philadelphia. When purchasing a new home, Philadelphia Gas works transferred my account from another of my rentals properties. They transferred a bill that I never knew I had, since they ignore all my phone requests to send my bills to my actual home address and have been consistently sending them to the rental properties. When I called to talk to a supervisor to sort this through because I need each property fees to be separate for taxes purposes, and I need bills to be actually sent to my address, I was told a supervisor would call and that call was never made. Finally they transferred my bill to a collection agency, to whom they gave my rental property address, not my mailing address and as such, I was never aware I had a collection or how to pay it until I saw it negatively reflected on my credit. Never had a collection in my life. To make me have one, you really have to go over board in your incompetence. I'm even surprised you managed to have the right name on the bill at all given how poorly this was handled. I have several rental properties. The minute an alternative to your poor service is offered you'll lose my business. This is completely unacceptable. There was no zero star option, you don't even deserve one.
