I hired Prestige Concrete Contractors to take down and replace a retaining wall on my property. They began the job on 5/16/2023 on 5/18/2023 the wall was completed with the exception of some missing caps. I gave a final payment of $10,000.00 on 5/18/2023 in good faith that the caps would be put on the wall the next week. I was also told they would put some soil and seed in areas where grass was missing. I paid a total of $13,500 for the entire project. On 5/26/2023 I received an email stating they should receive the caps that day and a crew would be out to complete the project. I noticed one of the blocks was chipped and sent the owner pics. Someone came out on 6/3/2023 and placed one of the caps. He stated he didn't have the block and he bought the wrong caps he would return the next week. The next week, no one showed up. I call the office daily and have sent several emails. Someone was supposed to come on 6/10/2023, they didn't show. Then I was told they were coming 6/12/2023, they didn't. It rained on 6/12/2023 and dirt slid down onto the sidewalk, I emailed pics on 6/13/2023 and was told the owner was coming that day to go over everything and make it right. Again, no show, no call. Prior to receiving full payment, they showed up and did what they said they were going to do. After receiving full payment, there is no urgency. I just want them to correct issues and finish the job.
