Very hard these days to find a good contractor. The horor stories you hear on the news. We'll, I came across a Gem ?? with R & D. I have a single home in Northeast Philadelphia which needed an entire Roof replaced. I never put a claim with my homeowners. R & D put me in touch with a public adjuster who delt with the insurance company which I've heard many stories about getting low-balled by insurance companies because they want to pay the least amount possible and in the end the home owner is stuck forking up more money ??. R & D put my family and I at ease with the entire project from beginning to end. They had to remove old roof. Replace all the plywood even had to raise to roof in back room which sunk about a foot. They put new wood. Where needed. Then the black paper. Ice shield at bottom parts of A roof. Got the 30 year Architect Shingles. Put caping all around. 99% of the work was done in one day. The next day R&D put up the gutters. They had a container delivered to my house. Laid tarps all around the house to catch anything coming off the old roof. Cleaned up everything, not one piece paper was left behind. Then they went with a big magnetic roller all around to make sure no nails were left behind. Did the driveway 3 times. I never asked them to. They treated my family's home like they would theirs. I was so happy with the job R & D did with my roof that I had them do the Siding next. Wrapped the house with the good quality insulation. Put the professional grade siding which is very high quality. I even had R & D put in 5 windows. Replaced wood where needed. Insulated them perfect. Not like a friend of mine that had windows put in by someone else. Whenever it gets windy outside his windows have a whistling sound inside. I am writing this review a year later because I wanted to see how the work held up. I want to report that everything is beautiful. I recommend R & D Home Remodeling to everyone.

Luciano and his team are impeccable professionals! We hired R & D for two major bathroom renovations in our 125 year old home (in Chestnut Hill, big old houses!) and I can't speak highly enough of the job they did. For the master bathroom, Luciano took a small, 1960's bathroom and enlarged it into our bedroom, meticulously moving the HVAC ducting, plumbing and electrical systems, and the result is a floor to ceiling, marble bathroom, with free standing tub and separate marble shower, high end brushed gold fixtures and double Robern vanities. *** ****** ***** in King of Prussia and the ****** ********** main company saw photos and featured Luciano's work on their social media platforms! R & D's work is truly fantastic. Luciano involved the client the right amount to manage expectations and ensure a quality product with no surprises. Our bathrooms are truly beautiful, they are better than those in a five star hotel!
