A check was posted to my account at 7:48 am in all of the 13 years I have banked with PNC checks never posted before 8. I logged on at 7:57 to transfer the funds to my checking and notice that the check already posted and charged a fee i called the customer service center and inquired and was told they can post at 7:30am. Called back to have the fee waived and was told it was denied. I inquired as to why it would be denied as I have never made a request and they could not tell me why. All if the years I have been sign this credit union and will be severing ties as this situation has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. But the headache of changing my account on things. Ugh

I have been a customer at PFCU for years , so I filed a debit card transaction dispute on Feb 17th I believe I sent all necessary evidence in to PFCU along with my receipt of the transaction only for me to be told today March 11th that my dispute was being denied due to it being a cash app transaction and I shouldn’t be paying for goods or services on there when multiple businesses take cash app as a form of payment for services hence why the irs is now taxing businesses that use the service , anyway my request was denied because they couldn’t investigate due to it not being cash apps fault and nothing could be done about me getting my money back , my issue is when I called I explained my story and my issue about me being scammed when I filed the dispute and the customer service rep told me I could file a dispute I explained what happened in detail my story never changed so my issue is if they don’t allow dispute with cash app transactions then why was I able to file the dispute to begin with , the rep who called me today who communicated the decision also told me that if I would’ve just said I sent the money to the wrong person a day or two after I sent it I probably would’ve had a leg to stand on but I should take my issue to small claims court , if this is how PFCU treats and protects their customers I will be steering clear of this place and taking the rest of my money out and closing all three of my accounts and using PFFCU because i never disputed any transaction with PFCU ever and there needs to be training on the policies and procedures of filing and opening a debit card dispute !! I am treated better at Goldman Sachs!

The Federal Credit Union at Townsend rd. in NE Philadelphia has one too many stupid people who don't seem to be able to read the deposit slips when they are handed to them. They're pretty freakin stupid. About every few weeks when I hand these assholes a deposit slip they forget to do something you put on the slip. This has been going on too long for this kind of bullshit. They hire all these young people and they are stupid. I think they keep this bank to do their training of new recruits!!!! I think it's time for a new bank!!!!

I opened a personal loan account with PFCU 12/17.2015. Made my payments and didn't have any issues outside of the normal until early 2019 when I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy which effected my speaking for a few months and I was unable to work during this time. I was served with court papers and a court date was set for July 2019. Prior to the court date I reached out to PFCU and brought my account current. My next due date was 7/16/2019, but after paying a large lump sum to bring the account current, I figured I wouldn't be able to make the next payment until August 16th or Sept 1st (Which would make the account 30-45 days late), but at least the court issued is resolved and they see that I'm not trying to skip out on repaying my loan right? Wrong! I get served with another lawsuit from the late August (at 45 days late! Not even 2 months and they see that I have been making an honest effort to repay my loan so why sue me at 45 days late?) My opinion of this PFCU is that they didn't care about me as a customer, they didn't care they I was making payments even if they were late, they didn't care about anything but suing me (at 45 days late). I would never do business with them again, and I urge all of my family and friends to stay away from them.
