I went to CCED in October to receive an emergency root canal. They did not perform a root canal, and six months later I am dealing with the health and insurance SHIT SHOW they created. Did you know you can only collect on a root canal once, so if you go to an emergency dentist and they do not perform a root canal you have to wait EVEN LONGER to get this care done because insurance has to make a determination on how to handle the matter. I could very well lose this tooth AND a root canal is $1500. Please do not go here, and if you had any work done here I would seriously suggest getting a second practice to look at it. They also tried to collect insurance money on an appointment I did not make. I am unsure if there is internal paperwork issues, staff issues, unqualified staff, who knows; but these people truly fucked my shit.Review from J W

I went to CCED for a cleaning and check up. I decided to get my wisdom teeth removed. They did not remove the teeth they said they would for no medical reason, they just missed one. They destroyed the tooth next to one of the ones they removed and refused to fix it without additional payment. They attempted to get me to sign documents immediately after waking up from heavy anesthesia and they now owe me over $300 which I need to pay back to my HRA and they refuse to take my calls or return my emails. This place is extremely unprofessional and I believe some illegal practices take place.
