The owner of this fragrance line is the most DISRESPECTFUL, and UNCOUTH rudest excuse of a human being ever to grace this earth. I purchased some of her “oils” as a gift for my Mother as a present. The oils arrived but one bottle was empty, I naturally raised this concern to the owner over Facebook messenger. I wasn’t expecting an immediate reply nor did I come at her rudely demanding a refund. I simply raised my concern in a courteous respectful way. The ensuring exchange between us that followed involved her calling both me AND my Mother a liar about the empty product we received when I provided both photo and video proof of the mistake. She steadfastly believed I was calling her crazy and making this up and for her to act extremely out of pocket, unprofessional and just downright ghetto is extremely alarming. Sis, please seek help because whatever spirituality you’re using is attracting demons to you rather than expunging them. It’s no surprise your business is failing otherwise and there are manly complaints about your poor work ethic, customer service and downright nastiness to people who are trying to support your DYING BUSINESS. But alas, karma is a cruel Mistress and I pray that every evil action and word you’ve spoke and spat towards your customers comes back on you tenfold.
