I first notice the work of the event planner *************************** with Royal S Kreations LLC. at my Niece birthday party November 2021 at ***************************. I loved what I saw and spoke with a women who came to collect the decorations after they event . She had no business cards at the time but she was very polite and helpful answering my questions. My brother ****************************** and I decided we were going to use the company for our yearly family event sponsored by ************ for ******************/***** *********************************** for ****************************** who served in the Army for 20 years as a Sergeant. He retired from the ******************** Library of 21 years. This celebration was on September 3, 2022 at *************************** located on 7th & *******. in ************ from 7:00pm to 11:00pm pm. There were 5 states attending the affair. I contacted ***************************. I paid for everything before the deadline. I asked about her *****. I was shown the work her ***** does. I ordered a Army jacket cake to represent my brother's hard work, sweat and years in the Army along with a 12 inch cake to represent his retirement from The ************ Library. Look at the detailed watch on ******'s Instagram account Royal.S.Kreations. That's the ***** I was informed of who would bake the cake. She showed me two other cakes not on her site. I liked what I saw and asked her to ask her ***** to give me a price for making both cakes. There was a different ***** involve Here's the false advertisement. I paid $375.00 for a Army jacket cake that did not represent the pictures I sent. She knew it when she picked it up. ******, arrived late to set up my event. I lost a half hour because of it. My colors were black and gold. She set up three different centerpieces, two different plate settings, and two different colored napkins. I asked for a $750.00 refund due to my event staring at 7:30pm and $375.00 for a cake I could not fully serve to our guest.
