My husband signed up for a membership with Fusion Gym in early 2022, and his last trip to the gym was in August 2022. This gym has repeatedly charged his account for membership fees and other fees they've tacked on even though he has not utilized this gym for the months they are charging for. He has contacted their Customer Service department to cancel his membership, and has only been met with rude and inconsiderate employees who will do nothing to resolve the issue. He spoke to a manager who admitted that their logs show that his last visit to the gym was in August, yet refused to cancel his membership. This gym is a scam-- charging for months of memberships that they can see were clearly not fulfilled. On top of that, the gym has charged his bank account TWICE in one month, without his authorization. Their financial system is a total scam and others need to be aware of the way this gym operates before signing up for a membership with them. Fusion Gym has has not offered a resolution that benefits both parties and should not operate as a business with a customer service team that behave like such to customers. The manager proceeded to call my husband "Bro" many times throughout the call. Very unprofessional on all fronts. We will not be utilizing their services again and will share our experience to all that will listen.
