I repeatedly get texts from *******Collection Services on behalf of Temple University. The problem is I never receive any bills. I only know there is a problem when contacted by the collection agency. This has happened before because Temple didn't submit my bill to my insurance so I didn't owe what the collection company said. It happened again so I called two different billing offices current and legacy billing. I was able to make an arrangement to pay. Now I am receiving more texts and I don't have any bill from Temple. Why don't I get my bills? This time I called ************ and was told I have no outstanding current bill but contact legacy billing for old bills. I contacted legacy billing at ************ and was told I have no outstanding bill. I gave the reference number from the collection agency but still nothing. Why are my bills just going straight to collections. This is unfairly damaging my credit.
